Our AI checks 10+ sources including licensing registries (CICC, State Bars), review platforms (Google, BBB), and business registrations. The score is based on licensing (40%), reputation (35%), and verification (25%).
What are the platform fees
Migrossa charges a 5% platform fee on escrow transactions (paid by the agent). Payment processing fees (Stripe) are typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. There are no fees for basic platform use.
How do I resolve a dispute
If there's a disagreement, either party can open a dispute. Our AI analyzes the contract, evidence, and communication history to recommend a fair resolution. Either party can request human review for $50.
Is my data secure
Yes. We use bank-level encryption (TLS 1.3, AES-256), role-based access controls, and comply with GDPR, PIPEDA, and CCPA. All payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).
